I've had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember. It all started when I was a kid with a Nintendo DSi. My sister decided I was her personal photographer, and I basically had no choice but to take endless pictures of her for her Facebook statuses. (So really, you can thank her for me being here today.)

From there, I fell in love with capturing moments. I took photography classes from middle school all the way through college. Along the way, I also tried firefighting and gardening in college (don’t ask me to put out flames or keep your houseplants alive though, I’ve moved on).

Now, I get my creativity fix through photography, hiking, and trying new things. Growing up in foster care shaped who I am and gave me a huge appreciation for the importance of memories, which is why I’m so passionate about capturing them for others. I’m excited for the future, ready to grow, and can’t wait to make your photoshoot just as fun as my sister’s “Facebook status” days - hopefully with better quality. ;)
